On 16.08.2009 the summer activities of the KAM collective continued with marking the 200th anniversary of the building of the church St. Petka in "Dolno Malo" part of Galichnik, as well as 1000 years from the death of the saint to which the church was dedicated. The program consisted of poetry reading of rhymes dedicated to St. Petka from Gordana Mihajlova-Boshnakovska, singing by Vesna Gjinoska-Ilkova and Tamara Adzhieska, and the central moment was the promotion of the book from Kosto Graorkoski - "St. Petka protector of Galichnik".

The goal of this event was to pay a respect and tribute to the people that built, reconstructed and took care of the church, especially to the people from "Dolno Malo" part Vase Gjinoski, Mitre Gjozinski and Ilina Graorkoska which recently St. Petka took them in heaven. Also a message was sent to the new generations to continue with the mission of their ancestors to protect the two god's temples dedicated to St. Petka and the tradition of her worshiping as a saint. They did it today on the "Preobrazhenie" feast, in front of the other church dedicated to St. Petka in the nearby forest.

The book "St. Petka protector of Galichnik can be found in the museum of Galichnik's cultural heritage and in the premises of the KAM association, as well as in electronic form in the library of the Galichnik-Official web site.
